A seasoned Supply Chain Professional with over two decades of hands-on experience managing complex end-to-end Supply Chains in companies that were family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies. 

I started my Supply Chain career as a sourcing agent and gradually moved my way up. Along with gaining professional experience, I also worked on the education side and obtained a Certified Supply Chain Management Professional designation (CSCMP) and a few more certifications.

Experience and the proper education allowed me to acquire leadership roles in managing complex end-to-end supply chains within different industries.

I have a strong track record of optimizing various high-impact & high-value end-to-end Supply Chain projects. My expertise is in multiple areas of the Supply Chain, including ERP, Warehouse, Logistics, SC Risk Identification and Mitigation, Material Handling Equipments & Processes improvements and Strategic Inventory Management. 

I love to dig into Supply Chain challenges and solve them with Education, Experience and Expertise. I have developed, led, aligned and grown diverse teams to focus on delivering customer-centric solutions and offering Supply Chain as a competitive advantage.

I am honoured to be one of Supply Chain Canada’s 2020 Canadain Immigrants Impacting Supply Chain initiative list makers. 

For the last 15 years, I have served as a mentor, guide and coach to new immigrants and students. I serve as a Subject Matter Expert and on the advisor board for the Supply Chain program with various institutes.
