My journey began on the production floor at a PepsiCo facility in Binghamton, New York. Through this work, I gained a deep understanding of plant operations, safety protocols, and the importance of performance optimization. I also learned that every link in the supply chain is critical to the success of an organization—to the business itself and its customers around the world. Over the course of my career, I advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, excelling as a leader, problem-solver, and innovator across all aspects of supply chain management including network strategy, operations, and both supply and demand planning. I currently steer supply chain enhancement projects across North America—zeroing in on strategies to minimize risk, cut costs, increase resiliency and sustainability, and capture trailblazing efficiencies.
