Demenad Driven MRP implementation
<p>Pull Based approach DDMRP was implemented at one to client site. This helped reduction in lead time from 20 days to 7 days and over all inventory reduction by 25%.</p>
Throughput improvement by Constraint Management
<p>Client was facing difficulty while unable to meet lead time & service level.</p>
