Associate Procurement Consultant
Provide general procurement consultancy and makes recommendations for improvement in procedures and systems relating to procurement operations as and when required
Interfaces between the Sourcing Units, the broader supply chain and business functions to ensure that there are no interruptions in supply.
Offer support in supply chain processes and activities including planning, sourcing, negotiation, inventory management and maintains daily stock records of receipts and deliveries.
Continuously examine supply chain network in order to identify opportunities to reduce on hand inventory, decrease logistics costs, increase number of inventory turns, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
Coordinate Training Workshops/ Sessions and develop Training Materials/ Guidelines.
Monitor and implement appropriate actions to contract management, requisitioning, ordering, expediting, receiving, distribution and payment of goods and services to supplier
