A Brief Introduction

Richard has almost 40 years’ experience as a leader and procurement professional. Following a career in the British Army, Richard has held c-suite roles in Construction, Finance, Aerospace and Training as well as Consultancy with McKinsey. Across these roles, Richard has focused on strategic change and, in particular, the training and coaching support to colleagues experiencing that change. Richard has trained over 2500 Category Managers across most sectors and is a regular Chair and Speaker at international procurement conferences.
