Alan has held senior leadership positions in a career spanning over 25 years, both in manufacturing organisations and consultancy. Covering both private and public sector operations, industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Power Generation, Food & Beverage, Defence and Healthcare.

Having the privilege of Japanese tutelage of Toyota Production System via a Sensei trained by Ohno himself, Alan has had the benefit of applying this knowledge in multiple industries with significant, sustained, results for businesses and their people.
