Life without adventure and fun would be too boring. This has been a motto of my life, which made me push the envelope every now and then, and shaped up my professional/personal life. Started career into software testing, moved to a pure analytics role, then to a management role and finally took responsibility to build a startup. Curiosity, innovation, focus, continuous learning and never shying away from taking up challenges made this journey possible. Equally important are my forays into leading activities in social responsibility space and coaching technical skills space, which widened my horizons and taught me to think differently and out of the box. Along the way picked up many key skills like building and leading teams, project management, product management, conflict management, coaching as well as hardcore technical skills like data analytics and data engineering. All these efforts always resulted into excellent performance not only in an individual contributor role but also in a managerial/leadership role.
